"Stay in silence with yourself, instead of peeping at others and wondering what are you missing again" this is how I always interpreted "focus on yourself": not selfishly thinking you are the main character in every situation, but rather make sure you're living your life they way you want, not they way you think you're supposed to. I loved this piece ❤️
The joy of missing out is indeed is of the utmost essence right now. Our wants and needs have become carbon copies of one another because at this point most of us don't even know what we want to do with our lives. The inordinate amount of choices available all over the internet has rendered people clueless and confused, perhaps more than what we were before social media spread it's tentacles all across our lives. We've saturated our lives so much so that right now we need ample space to think clearly- 'What do we genuinely want to be and become!'
I was just telling my sister earlier how people are different and how we all achieve things at different timings, know different things, enjoy different activities and so on. No one is late to anything. Every person has their own path.

Really needed to hear this as someone who doesn't have the money to travel. Just because I can't now doesn't mean I never will : )
i’ve never thought of things like this :,)
Incredibly put!
